We provide a 2-year standard warranty for each of our products. Below is detailed information regarding the warranty conditions applicable to our products. The warranty period for “goods” is 24 months from the date they are collected or the date received at an agreed delivery address.
1. Natural Surface Fading
Due to environmental factors, painted surfaces may experience natural color fading over time. This fading process, particularly in areas with intense sunlight (such as south-facing installations), is considered normal and is not covered under our warranty, including extended warranties.
2. Stickers and Prints
Warranty coverage does not apply to stickers and printed elements, as color fading in these materials is unpredictable and depends on environmental conditions. Exposure to direct sunlight may accelerate fading. We recommend carefully considering installation location and environmental factors for optimal durability.
3. Electrical Components
We use electrical components that come with a warranty of up to 5 years. For LED modules, the warranty is valid under the condition that the sign operates for a recommended duration of no more than 12 hours per day. For signs that operate 24 hours a day, the warranty may be limited. Please contact us for more detailed information about the LED modules' warranty conditions.
4. Warranty Service and Conditions
In case of a failure of LED transformers or other electrical components, the component must be returned to us to identify the cause of the fault. After an inspection by our supplier, we will decide on a replacement. Please note that shipping costs are not reimbursed; we cover the cost of the component only and do not assume responsibility for replacement or shipping expenses.
5. Maintenance Requirements
Warranty validity depends on the proper maintenance of the signage, which is the end customer's responsibility to prevent drainage blockages. Maintenance must be performed according to the following schedule:
For signs in remote locations, cleaning should be done at least once per year.
For signs installed within 50 meters of a road, cleaning should be done at least four times per year.
6. Breach of Warranty Conditions
The warranty is void if:
The product has been damaged due to improper use, installation, maintenance, or negligence.
The installation was not performed according to the provided templates or recommendations.
The product was modified, altered, or otherwise changed without our prior written consent.
The product was damaged due to third-party actions or conditions (e.g., extreme weather conditions, vandalism, or accidents).
7. Consequences of Improper Usage
The warranty does not cover costs related to the removal, transportation, or reinstallation of products, nor does it cover damage caused by:
Improper installation or failure to follow installation instructions.
Electrical supply issues, including power surges, improper grounding, or incorrect connection to the power grid.
8. Prohibition of Non-Approved Parts
The warranty is void if non-original or non-approved spare parts, accessories, or components are used.
9. Color and Size Variations
Minor color or surface texture variations, which are inherent to materials or manufacturing processes, are not considered defects and are not covered under the warranty. Additionally, due to technological manufacturing processes, slight dimensional deviations of a few millimeters may occur. These deviations are normal and do not affect the functionality or quality of the product.
10. Customer Responsibility
The customer must ensure that the product is installed and used in accordance with the instructions and recommendations provided by us. We accept no liability for damage caused by improper usage, even if warnings were provided.
11. Natural Environmental Effects
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from natural environmental effects (e.g., rust formation, natural wear and tear, or deformations caused by temperature fluctuations).
